Notary signature costs depend on the number of signatures per notarized document. The easiest way to calculate how many notaries you need is to multiply the number of notary signature spaces by the number of signers. For instance, two signers and two notary signatures are equivalent to four notaries.
In the Greater Sacramento California area, each signature requires a separate entry into a notary journal and in some cases, a thumbprint. I offer discounts for multiple signatures featuring the following rates:

I charge a $150 flat fee for a full loan document walkthrough and signing. This is where I explain each document, perform all the required notaries, show you where to sign, and which forms to fill out.
You will need a valid ID (a current driver’s license or passport). Your lender will send you a list of all the required paperwork to send with the package. I can drop off the signed documents at FedEx/USPS/UPS and/or scan and email everything to your lender or escrow.
Given that there is still the COVID-19 pandemic, I sanitize and wear a mask to all appointments.
